Doctors, Visiting & Owned By A 2 Year Old

This past week has gone by so fast. Max and I have been kept busy with multiple Dr. appointments. We both had our Physicals, the ole colonoscopy’s and dental check ups. I don’t know about Max, but I have been poked and prodded enough. Max still has a dental appointment on Thursday then we should be done with all of the checkups. Thankfully everything has checked out okay for both of us so far. I do not like getting poked and prodded but we had to take advantage while we were in the area.

We have had time to visit a few friends and get caught up with what is happening in their lives, and we have plans to visit some more friends tonight. On one visit, our friends Kent and Martha re-planted the seed in my brain about visiting Alaska. That is something that I have always wanted to do. We have had reservations about taking our RV up there. We have friends that rode their Goldwing Trike conversion up there and due to the gravel roads had to have it re-painted by the time they got back. That was a long time ago and I have heard that the roads have been improved. Anyway, the seed has been re-planted so we shall see if it is in our future or not.

This sign has been floating around the web. It is so true!

Emma has me wrapped around her finger. Raising two boy’s was fun, but the power of a little girl is overwhelming. The things a two year old can get a 54 year old to do is amazing.

The Ice Cream Truck came down the road for a change. That rarely happens out here in this country suburb the kids live in. Luckily we were here and got to introduce Emma to what an Ice Cream truck is.

She was a happy girl!

Baby Ethan is doing well but we think he has his day’s and nights mixed up. He is awake a lot at night but he is a content baby. He only cries when it is time to eat. ( Kind of like me!)

This weekend we will spend some time with the grand boys and get all of the hugs and kisses we can before we leave next Tuesday.

Enjoy Your Day!

So you're thinking of Alaska. We want to go while we are in the Northwest. We'd like to go with other people when we go. Trish and Dan mentioned that they would also like to visit Alaska. Let us know when you plan to go and if you want someone to tag along.
